Helping Our Community

Our elderly need to connect with their communities to avoid many of the physical, cognitive and emotional difficulties they encounter, particularly when isolated. We aim to facilitate and support efforts to bring community members together and for them to engage in activities that will help to improve their health and social wellbeing.  This can include engaging with young people and with people from different ethnic groups.

Empowering Our Youth

Childhood experiences, combined with the development of early social and emotional skills are seen as predictors of success in adulthood. We aim to sponsor and support the education of young people and those who may have missed out on learning opportunities. Missed learning opportunities may have occurred for several reasons, including their experiences in schools, peer pressure and the absence of positive role models.

Investing in Our Future

We support the education of the indigenous young people of Grenada in their studies of subjects recognised by the Caribbean Examination Council. We also support young people of African Caribbean descent from throughout the Caribbean and the UK residing in England and Wales. We will work with individual students and in collaboration with schools and community organisations including other charities which share our vision. The Mother Noel Charity will offer grants and scholarships and donate learning materials for the benefit of young people up to age 25.
